Job Title: SEND Administrator

Hours: Part Time (30 hours per week)

Salary: Grade 5 - SCP 7 to SCP 11 (£24,294 to £25,979) Pro Rata - Actual Salary £17,003 to £18,182 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent - Term Time plus One Week

Start Date: As soon as possible

The Role

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and organised individual to join the SEND team at Oldbury Academy as a SEND Administrator. The role involves providing efficient administration support to the SENCo and SEND team in supporting students with special needs across all year groups. To act as the first point of contact for students, parents, carers and external agencies in matters relating to SEN and inclusion to support the well-being and progress of SEN students.

The successful candidate will have administrative experience; enjoy working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. You must be able to plan, work to strict deadlines and have excellent oral and written communication skills. You should possess proficient computer skills and an expertise in the use of software packages and applications, including Microsoft Office.
