Semi-Skilled Engineering Labourer

• A Variety of semi-skilled shopfloor tasks to maintain workflow.


• Self-Inspect work using engineering measuring equipment.


• Deburring and polishing of finished machined parts.


• Utilise problem-solving skills and initiative.


• Perform routine machine maintenance.


• Help load and run the CNC machines (supervision may be needed).


• Apply any existing tool knowledge to innovate manufacturing methods.


• General Housekeeping of workshops.


• Work to deadlines.


• Adhere to Health and Safety policies.
  
  The Person: We're looking for someone self-motivated and positive, who uses their Initiative and is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding results for our team and growing client list.


Our ideal candidate will also have the following skills and experience:

· An engineering background would be beneficial but not essential

· Must be hardworking, reliable and flexible

· The ability to work on their own or as part of a team.
