Security Officers

We are currently seeking Security Officers to join our valued team, which provides a crucial service keeping our construction sites as well as other premises safe and secure. Responsibilities include CCTV monitoring at our North Hykeham control room as well as locks ups, mobile patrols, and call outs. It may also include occasional static guard duties.

The role will be part-time, weekend shifts, 7:00am-6:00pm (Saturday and Sunday), with the possibility of overtime, covering Annual Leave and Sickness.

A full Driving License is essential, as team members are required to drive company vehicles to undertake patrols.

Our Security Officers are also required to have an SIA license. If you have a licence, please confirm this on your application. We also welcome applications from those who are currently completing or considering completing a licence-linked qualification but have not yet applied for an SIA licence, as we may consider offering an entry-level role where training is provided, for the correct candidate.

The candidate must also be able to pass a DBS check and have the Right to Work in the UK.
