Security Officer for Park and Ride site

We are seeking a vigilant Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of a Park and Ride site which services the local hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling the site to prevent theft, violence, or any infractions, as well as guiding and assisting members of the public in parking their vehicles and seeking directions to the pick up points etc ., Conduct regular surveillance rounds to monitor activities and prevent security breaches

- Carry out ad hoc escort duties on the bus between the park and ride site and the hospital
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Provide first aid in emergencies until medical professionals arrive
- Write detailed reports of incidents and maintain accurate records

Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and visitors
- First Aid certification is desirable but not essential
