Full Job Description
- Oversee access control at the premises, ensuring a secure environment.
- Monitor CCTV operations from the main entrance gatehouse during nights and weekends.
- Ensure the security and safety of the site during non-operational hours.
- Lock and unlock the site as needed.
- Perform regular patrols of the site to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Perform lone working duties, requiring a high level of responsibility and vigilance.
Valid SIA license (SG or DG). - Demonstrable reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Due to our collaboration with the defence industry, applicants will undergo additional MOD vetting.

We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to join our team at a client site in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to cover a single site, playing a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the facility while delivering exceptional service.
Fixed roster pattern: 3 day shifts, 3 night shifts, followed by 3 days off. - Weekday Shifts: 1600-0000 & 0000-0730.
- Weekend Shifts: 0700-1900 & 1900-0700.
