Security controller helpdesk support supervisor

The role of security controller operator is to assist and support the on-duty operations managers , support the on -site security officers and help and assist clients and customers, this is a senior managerial role, so security experience is important , good telephone manner and able to deal with problems calmly and confidentially

This is an important position, so the ability to communicate to all stakeholders is essential , the ability to help and advise all staff working for the company, with the ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure - ability to help and assist clients and staff .

You will be taking calls, booking officers on/off duty, handling absences and ensuring shifts are filled, dealing with rotas , speaking with officers in regards their welfare as well as taking calls from alarm receiving centres, and dispatching mobile drivers to sites etc

Problem solving , proactive approach to both security staff and customers.

Good prospects to senior management within the company

Previous knowledge of Security operations will be helpful

It is an office-based role working day shifts and night shifts.

Working 4 days on and 2 days off , including weekends -will ensure you learn the role to the best of your ability.

We have both full time day and full time night positions, if this is preferable

Approximately 48 hrs per week, £11.25- £11.50 per hour , rate to be reviewed after successful completion of probation period.

Annual earnings Aprox £28,157.22 - £29,0000 per annum
