Full Job Description

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of business - providing best in class service.

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships whilst providing a professional service.

  • Managing a team of security personnel ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and offering support and guidance to the team.

  • Monitoring contract performance using appropriate SLAs and KPIs - with a proactive service delivery ethos.

  • Negotiating contract terms (such as annual reviews).

    IT literate - ability to use a range of management software, performance measurement tools and Microsoft packages.

  • Able to work unsupervised and as part of the wider business team.

  • A natural problem solver and decision maker.

  • Sound people management skills.

  • A good working knowledge of contract and employment law.

  • Financially astute with the ability to understand contract costs and margins.

  • Flexible approach to service delivery as we operate a 24/7 business.


  • Other Requirements
  • Must hold a current and valid SIA Front Line Licence.

  • A demonstrable grasp of portfolio management.

  • Creative and innovative.

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills

  • A real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
