Security Compliance Administrator - Safety

We are looking for a Security Compliance Administrator - Safety to join us at our client site in Hammersmith, London. This role will support the client by ensuring that they comply with their Health and Safety obligations in relation to Fire Marshals and First Aiders at work within the EMEA region. Based at the EMEA Head office, you will be responsible for, and take ownership of, administrating a programme of booking and allocating First Aid and Fire Marshal courses for the client's staff; procuring and maintaining the First Aid equipment and defibrillators; ensuring that the client has sufficient First Aiders and Fire Marshals on site daily.

The main responsibilities of the Security Compliance Administrator - Safety are to ensure the implementation of, and compliance with, the Client's Global Anti-Piracy policy at all events, screenings, and special events, supervising our current Compliance Administrators. Our client is a international streaming service covering sports, entertainment and documentaries.

A typical day in the life as a Security Compliance Administrator - Safety:

• Support the client's health and safety obligations.


• Arrange the provision of First Aid at Work courses for the client's staff.


• Arrange the provision of Fire Marshal training for the client staff.


• Train others in the use of the emergency evacuation chairs.


• Maintain accurate records of First Aid and Fire Marshal trained personnel.


• Keep a record of the daily and weekly Fire Marshal checks, dip testing for compliance.


• Maintain an inventory of First Aid equipment, Automated External Defibrillators and Evacuation chairs.


• Arrange the procurement of First Aid equipment and manage a replacement/replenishment programme.


• Ensure PEEP's (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans) are up to date where required.
