Full Job Description
- Secure premises and employees by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Routinely inspect buildings, property and cycle racks, checking they are secure and protected against intruders, locking/unlocking as appropriate.
- Monitor people coming in and out of CMG buildings, ensuring they have the right access credentials and comply with all visitor/guest policies and procedures.
- Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for students, employees and visitors.
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Respond to internal emergency calls to deal with violent or threatening students or visitors.
- Escorting individuals off the premises as and when required.
