Secondary Steel Fabricator

RJW Metalworks is seeking a skilled and motivated Secondary Steelwork Fabricator to join our growing team in West Bromwich. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of welding and fabrication tasks, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.,

• Operate and maintain a range of welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders


• Following engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate steel components


• Cutting, forming, and assembling steelwork to precise requirements


• Ensuring all welds meet the required quality standards


• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
  
  Proven experience as a Fabricator (minimum 2 years)


• A strong understanding of welding processes (MIG & TIG)


• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality


• The ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential
