SD / PT Personal Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a lady with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy within her own home and within the local community.

As a Personal Assistant your duties will include, supporting the client to access the community for social and leisure activities with her young child on public transport, and to support the client to get ready for the day, support the client the prepare meals, including household domestic support.

We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a part time position for 8.5 hours per week each with an hourly rate of £11.50 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
