School Food Supervisor

To organise and supervise the catering establishment in accordance with and to the standard required by school food support service . to be responsible for the preparation ,cooking and service of food. To plan, operate and control production. to take responsibility for standard of cleanliness and hygiene of premises and equipment in line with the Food Safety and the Health and Safety policy.

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Catering management: 3 years (required)


• Catering: 2 years (required)
