Part of the Crompton House Trust

School Business Manager - Grade 6 (pt 23 - 27)

Full time hours 36 hrs 40 per week

(Term time plus 15 days or full year negotiable)

£32,076 - £35,745 FTE

Or

£29,405 - £32,138 term time + 15 days

Required for July 2024 or as soon as possible

The Trust, Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint an outstanding School Business Manager with strong leadership skills to help drive the school forward on its journey of improvement. We are looking for a Business Manager, to work with our committed, caring and hardworking staff, as we further develop our educational provision to raise aspirations and a love of learning for all. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Headteacher and empower an amazing team to achieve its vision.

We are looking for a strong, dynamic and inspirational leader who:

· Has experience of working in a school in an area of high deprivation and meeting the needs of all families

· has the vision and dedication to take on the challenge of joining the leadership team of this improving school

· is committed to serving our children, families and community

· will challenge and empower staff to be the best they can be

· will develop the respectful and inclusive Christian ethos of our school

· is resilient, able to take on responsibility and meeting the challenges of leadership in a fast-paced and challenging environment

· has at least 2 years business management experience

· working knowledge of HR, H&S and Finance systems
