Full Job Description

At Karbon, we want to create desirable places where people can live well, feel safe and supported without isolation. Our Scheme Co-Ordinators are a key front facing team providing advice, support and assistance to enable our customers to live well independently.

You'll be responsible for supporting customers and carrying out health & safety activities in the designated scheme. This will include completion of building inspections, reporting repairs, and liaising with contractors.

There will be a requirement to work closely with numerous stakeholders ensuring a seamless service is provided to our customers. You'll build relationships to demonstrate strong partnership working with social workers, care managers and voluntary agencies to make sure our schemes are safe and a great place to live.

We are looking to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Scheme Co-ordinator in the Supported Housing Team., You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. You must also be comfortable lone working and have a "can do" attitude. You must hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

- Scheme Co-ordinator - permanent roles
- Salary is £25,298 per annum (pro-rata)
- 37 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday at Tom Collins House & Mount Pleasant, Byker
- 25 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday at Athlone Court, Blyth
