Full Job Description
- Load market and drive to and from site.
- Set up and take down the market stall.
- Handle sales transactions and manage cash.
- Engage with customers, providing information about our microgreens.
- Maintain an attractive and organized display.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Interest in microgreens and sustainable farming.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle physical tasks.
Join our fab little team at Lightfoot's Farm, a leading provider of fresh, locally and sustainably-grown microgreens. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to manage our stall at the Lymington Saturday Market and other summer foodie events. Interest in growing, nutrition, food, people would all be helpful!
We're open to discussing additional hours on other marketing activities including social media, leaflet dropping, other events etc.
We're open also to discussing further work helping to grow, harvest, and deliver microgreens, with full training given.
There is parking and facilities at Lightfoot's Farm for a person or couple to stay in a caravan or van on site at an agreed rate.
