Sample Coordinator FTC

We are passionate and excited about how we can develop and utilise new technologies to shape and inspire changes within an ever-growing market place., We have an opportunity for a Sample Coordinator to join the team at our site in Goole on a fixed term contract for 12-15 months. The main duty of this role is to pack and despatch samples to customers, following standard procedures including hazardous samples and correct transport. This will involve monitoring and maintaining stock levels of samples, ensuring the maximum number of samples are despatched on time and maintaining correct stock details in SAP. Reporting to the Sampling Team Leader, you will also assist with communications to Sales and Marketing, KPI measurements and periodic stock checks.

• You will be a problem solver with a high attention to detail


• You will be proactive and capable of organising your workload and that of your team, as the situation dictates


• You will be computer literate


• Educated to GCSE level, including Maths and English at grades C or above


Desirables:

• Knowledge of the SAP samples module or courier requirements would be an advantage but are not essential
