Full Job Description

  • The successful applicant will be communicating at a high level with Managing Directors and business proprietors throughout the private sector to ensure successful delivery of our products.

  • The sales process involves relationship building, identifying needs and selling the right project to benefit specific schools.

  • Ensuring that all customers receive an excellent, well organised service with all sales processes completed to a high standard.

    • Office based with set hours Monday to Friday (9-5 Monday to Thursday and 9 - 4 Fridays)

    A proven track record of success in direct sales will be an advantage.

    However, full sales training is available for the right candidates who demonstrate an enthusiasm to join a fast-paced sales environment.

    This is a B2B sales opportunity.

    We are looking for 2 direct sales professionals to join our existing team.

    Salary £21-23k per annum, dependant upon interview/experience PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION plus performance bonus (Realistic OTE £40k in the first 12 months)

    Repeat sales/relationship building will see sales and OTE grow accordingly in years two and three.
