Exciting opportunities have arisen for professional and enthusiastic Salesforce Developers to join a team that is and will be experiencing rapid growth over the next couple of years. Aviva have a number of open developer roles.

A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new and innovative technologies, processes, or solutions within the allocated area(s) of responsibility. You will contribute to the design, build and delivery of systems that help grow the business, explore new technologies and tools to help and advance the technology development and optimise design.

  • Experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and other relevant products. Financial Service Cloud or Health Cloud experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building.

  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.

  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices; Working knowledge of Azure ADO is a plus experience with Agile Development methodologies like Scrum. Competent collaborator with JIRA and Confluence plus tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

  • Salary Circa £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
