Full Job Description

You will support the Platform Manager with day-to-day system queries to ensure the smooth running of the systems and end user support. Duties will include:

- Setting up new users and amending access for existing users in line with job roles.

- Report building

- Dashboard builds and updates

- Managing workflow rules

- Training and supporting new users and providing refresher training for existing users where required.

- Managing user profile permissions

- Basic Platform customisation

- Security and data Management

- Role Hierarchy

- Collating requirements for new processes or developments

- Maintaining glossary and field descriptions

This role requires someone who is capable of managing multiple activities effectively and, We have a hybrid working model where you will be based in our offices in Burton-Upon-Trent Monday - Wednesday and work from home on Thursday and Friday. You will require wi-fi and a suitable workspace in your own home but we will provide your technical equipment needed for the role.

· Proven working experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.

. Hold a Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification and have experience of administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

. The ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases is also required.

· Effective Time Management.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· A team player.

· Strong analytical Skills.,
