- Proactively reach out to clients to collect missing information or provide updates, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and drive sales.
- Assist the team with customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform general office duties as needed, demonstrating an all-around team player mentality.
- Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Department to ensure accuracy and efficiency in picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Participate in provided training.
