sales and retention executive

As a sales and retention executive at SUEZ located in Marsh Barton, Exeter, you will play pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will include regional travel to visit existing customers for resigning and upselling opportunities., + Produce weekly sales reports and ensure all sales opportunities are recorded accurately in Purgo.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
+ Ensure contract / customer profit margin is in line with regional and budget expectations; undertake negotiations with client and internal stakeholders if operations / client behaviour is required to ensure maximum benefit / profitability.

About the role
What you'll need to apply:
Essential

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
+ UK driving licence.
+ Strong financial and commercial understanding with a proven track record in customer retention / objection handling / account development / fostering commercial relationships with both internal and external customers and suppliers alike. A track record of improving customer margins whilst working within the confines of a competitive market.
+ Worked within a fast paced sales environment.
