Full Job Description

We are looking for a Sales / Office Administrator to join our team and provide support to our sales and production teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one or two customer accounts, processing orders, and providing administrative support alongside purchasing for the entire factory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.,

  • Adding orders to the company system (Sport orders and schedules)

  • Price checking

  • Work with production on any late items and informing customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

  • Be able to send off quotations to customers and keep records

  • Work with production on Raw material ordering

  • Develop and maintain relationships suppliers and customers.

  • Prepare reports on purchasing and timelines.

  • Able to speak to suppliers on a regular basis and update the team

  • Help launch a new ERP system

  • Our Midlands factory which covers 18,000 Sq feet is where we carry out our manufacturing. We export over 65% of our products such as silicone and non-silicone hoses and assemblies, metal tubing, clips and clamps to extruded hoses and assemblies to countries like China, Australia, USA and many countries in Europe.

    Our client base includes small engineering companies to multi-national corporates in a broad range of sectors such as automotive, rail, marine, pharmaceutical, agricultural, renewable energies and motorsport. We work closely with our clients to maintain a mutually beneficial and lasting working relationship.
