Full Job Description

This is a part-time self employed role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at The Couture Cushion Ltd. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, general tasks around the unit such as packing orders when required. Your day-to-day tasks will include interacting with customers online, promoting our products, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires you to be present at our location in Upper Caldecote.,

  • Replying to customers enquiries on email, social media etc

  • Obtaining new trade customers

  • Uploading our cushions onto platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, Wayfair etc

  • Maintaining the website, uploading new designs and taking imagery

  • Taking photo's of the day to day activities manufacturing cushions for social media

  • Creating monthly newsletters to send out via email

  • Sending out fabric samples

  • General admin tasks needed, saving invoices, ordering fabrics and stock

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices

    Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience in sales and marketing

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of the interior world

  • Previous experience with Shopify, TikTok, Amazon etc is a plus, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


    • Experience:
  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

    The Couture Cushion Ltd is known for producing high-quality and luxurious cushions. Our cushions are handcrafted by couture tailors in the UK, using only the finest and most luxurious fabrics.

    Hours are very flexible, more hours/days available if wanted.


    • Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays = 10am - 3pm

    Hourly wage - £11.44

    You will be working directly with Eleanor the owner. We have a lovely team of 3 other lovely ladies!, Currently available for a 3 month trial period. With the opportunity for a review after that for a permanent position.

    Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

    Pay: £11.40 per hour

    Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
