If you are hands on in nature, financially aware, have effective communications skills and are passionate about building teams which are focused on ensuring every customer has a great experience, then we would like to talk to you about our Sales Manager position.
What you will be doing?
Supervising and co-ordinating activities of sales staff.
Ensure maximum direct selling time.
Effective handling of all sales enquiries.
Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focussed and adopt a structured approach.
Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe.
Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on:
Prospecting, customer follow-up and closing deals
All aspects of the "Sales Track" with particular emphasis on "receive and welcome", qualification, negotiation and close, F&I presentations.
Time management.
Sales aids‿.Particularly improve use of OCS lounge.
Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record., These are the principles that every member of our team lives by, whether that be business functions, customer interactions, how we interact with the local community and even how we view each other in the team.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the key success drivers essential to deliver consistently strong results in terms of business growth, net profit and cost control, together with high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
Whilst prestige experience will be a benefit, attitude and character are more important to us. We will want to see that you have strong leadership abilities and deeply care about customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

A hands on leader and financially aware
Ability to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills
Motor Industry experience is preferable
Ability to work to timescales effectively
Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
Strong industry knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
