You will focus on understanding client needs, promoting sustainable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of parts and services.Your role:Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the UK & Ireland market.Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.Understand customer needs and promote Power and Flow aftermarket parts and service solutions.Sales & Revenue Generations:Achieve sales targets for Pumps, Generators and Energy storage systems aftermarket parts and service business.Create a road map to grow on the Service ladder by promoting preventative parts business, service contracts and condition-based maintenance.Develop a strategy to generate revenue from our Energy Storage systems.Drive Refurb and Reman program for pumps and generators.Contract Negotiation and Management:Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures with key accounts.Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and terms.Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements, including sales, technical support, and logistics.Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions.Issue Resolution:Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly.Collaborate with relevant departments to find effective solutions.Market and Competitive Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide market insights to internal stakeholders.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.Prepare regular reports on key account performance and revenue.You will report to the Business Line Manager PTS and you will be remote with a dedicated territory.What we expect of you:You will be responsible for the UK & Ireland PTS business, developing existing accounts and looking for new direct sales opportunities, you will also develop existing dealers and introducing new dealers/service partners for our power and flow products. A key aspect of you will be to develop opportunities with Key Accounts and dealers and convert these to orders.You are enthusiastic and passionate, but you still work systematically and are focusing on delivering quality and results.Goal-focused mindset, focusing on achieving targets and maintaining effectiveness. Tolerant, and determined, motivated and able to work in a tenacious and Agile work culture.Experience in sales is necessary.You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with our teams and external partners.
