Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within the health and wellbeing industry, building relationships with potential clients, and naturally closing sales. You will be part of an innovative company dedicated to improving people's health and wellness through our blood testing and screening products and services., 1. Source and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential customers who would benefit from our Goodbody Wellness products and services. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

2. Develop agreements with Insurers, Occupational Health Providers and Employee Benefit Consultants (EBC). Approach and secure quality agreements with key companies such as Group Risk Providers, Private Medical Insurers, Occupational Health Providers, and EBC intermediaries so they are keen to sell Goodbody products to their clients. Tapping into your existing network, exploring new contacts via warm introductions, and cold outreach through targeted Linked In marketing and messaging.

3. Build relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in -person meetings. Understand their pain points and present tailored solutions using your knowledge of our Goodbody Wellness products. Understand how we can grow utilisation and engagement with our products. Ensure EBC intermediaries understand how to pitch and give them the tools to succeed.

4. Pitch presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products/services. By developing good relationship management skills, you can understand the client needs and seek to customise presentations based on the objectives of each prospect.

5. Negotiate and Close Sales: Lead negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

6. Customer Follow-Up: In conjunction with our in-house Customer Support team look to provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Highlight and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about the health and employee benefit industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies and adapt product messaging as necessary.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns. Provide feedback to improve marketing efforts and help identify those marketing message that particularly resonated with our clients.

9. CRM Management: Utilise our CRM system (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts

10. Product Development: Use your first-hand client experience to feedback to the business on potential avenues for product development and enhancements to existing offerings.

· Technical ability: Someone with experience in employee benefits and knowledge of intermediated sales, Occupational Health or the health insurance industry. We welcome applications from anyone with 5+ years' experience and a live network within the HR/Employee Benefit Market.

· Proven Sales record: Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in the health and wellbeing industry

· Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated: You like autonomy and are target-driven with a passion for sales

· Relationship Building: Ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships

· Organisation: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite,

    Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
