Sales Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and customer service. In this role, you'll lead our inside sales team and oversee backoffice service for our resellers, ensuring excellence in performance and results. Where you're responsible for:

• Building a high-performing sales team through effective recruitment, training, and development


• Leading the team to achieve sales targets and drive growth


• Setting and monitoring individual sales goals, and crafting action plans for success


• Overseeing customer account management and ensuring team performance


• Providing valuable feedback, coaching, and support to enhance the team's performance


• Monitoring online sales activities and utilizing data analysis for optimization


• Investigating lost sales and customer accounts to uncover opportunities for improvement


• Forecasting revenue, generating sales reports, and contributing to budget planning efforts


• Developing pricing strategies, sales policies, and assisting with proposal creation to drive business success
