Full Job Description

  • Achieve the company sales target

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Directors.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in hospitals.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Train and onboard new sales team members.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Marketing/Biomedical Science/Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred).


  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills.

  • Experience in medical device sales is a plus.


  • Skills:
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the sales team.

  • Team Management: Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and foster teamwork.

  • Selling: Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers and close deals.

  • Supervising: Experience in supervising employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.

  • Sales Management: Proven track record in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving sales growth., How many years do you have experience in medical device sales industry?, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Medical Sales: 2 years (preferred)

  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)
