Full Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Scheduling meetings for the sales team

  • Preparing & updating quotes

  • Converting & processing won orders

  • Detecting & resolving sales issues

  • Daily Procurement tasks

  • Maintaining stock records

  • General marketing administration such as sending & posting content

  • Creating reports for Service department

  • Approving staff timesheets

  • Organising company update meetings & social events

  • General office administration such as maintaining office supplies

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!, We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales/General Administrator to support our growing sales team and manage essential administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have an interest in sales, exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving., Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Interest in sales and a desire to contribute to the success of the sales team

  • High level of integrity and professionalism, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

    £22,000-£24,000 basic depending on experience

  • £2,000+ on target bonuses per year, taking OTE to £24,000-£26,000
