Full Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, closing and after-sales support

  • Negotiate and finalise sales orders and deliveries with customers and transport

  • Identify new business opportunities to maximise each account.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions for customers

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely product delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide reports as needed

    As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by effectively managing a portfolio of existing accounts and expanding your customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of exceeding targets in a similar role., Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or a similar role

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
