Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The positon will play a crucial role in growing the business and ensuring the smooth operation of our new business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment., telephone lead generation
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries both email and telephone
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of new services
- Monitor sales activity and provide regular reports to the MD
- selling to Commercial and Residential for property management services through our division GPMSERVICEs-

- Produce customer quotes which may require a visit or contacting contractors
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities

Proven experience in a sales environment or a keenm desire and appetite to sell.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Sales: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
