Sales Coordinator

Key Deliverables

• Processing customer orders.



• Coordinating with sales Team and provide administrative support.



• Handling Customer Inquires



• Manage effective communications both externally with customers and internally across all areas of the organisation.



• Updating the database with changes to customers, actions, order progress



• Analysis and reporting customer data using Excel
  
  ·Proficiency in Microsoft office and learning systems effectively.



• A Team player, with excellent communications skills



• Able to multi-task to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
