Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor based in Shipley you'll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter, establishing their individual needs and processing orders.


• General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders during busy times


• Responding to customer phone calls and emails with a positive proactive approach
  
  Plumbing or trade merchant experience is essential.


• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.


• Sales, customer service or warehouse experience desirable though not essential

  This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on rota once fully trained 8.00am - 12noon.
