Full Job Description

Responsible for RFQ's, processing customer orders and invoices. Admin support to JLR Account Controllers. Support on resource & TVM activities.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Process Request For Quotation to supplier (Bulten RFQ system)

Interact with customers and suppliers to achieve goals

Review and process JLR orders for CKD, GPIRS & SVO

Raise invoices and sales orders

Support coordinating and implementing Resource and TVM activities

Update and ensure all customer price lists are accurate (APM/M3)

Create new customers in M3 ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and in place

Generate set up documentation as per MP2.2. for all new parts and for any change management activities

NPI Admin support for Account Controllers & Aftermarket Sales

Assist as required with any other reasonable request in line with business needs or customer/client requirements.

Knowledge of and adherence to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949

Knowledge of and adherence to Bulten Group & Bulten Ltd Health and Safety Policy and procedures

Knowledge of and adherence to Bulten Ltd Environmental Policy

Educated to GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in several subjects including Mathematics

Logistics / data management

Microsoft business skills - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

Desirable:

M3 knowledge

Financially aware

Automotive OEM supplier

Full time permanent position - 35 hours per week based in Liverpool

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
