Full Job Description

Who are we? GroundTherm Limited are a Renewable Energy Company based in Glossop and have been in the industry for 25 years. We design, supply, and install ground source & air source heat pumps, MVHR and Under Floor Heating systems to name a few. Due to expansion, we are now looking for a Sales Administrator to assist us in this new and busy role. Previous sales experience would be an advantage.

This is a role that you can fully make your own where you will have the following skills to flourish with the company:

Client Requirements

· Exceptional organisational skills.

· Ensure information accuracy both internally and externally.

· Maintain and update information on our systems and in Excel.

· Contact clients with missing information to ensure we have everything we need.

· Maintain and develop working relationships with clients and contact regularly.

· Manage own diary for contacts and site visits (if required).

· Collate, print, and ensure plans/information are correct for the appropriate client.

· Arrange quotations from manufacturers and respond to clients in expected timescales.

· Prepare quotations for work to be undertaken and invoice accordingly.

· Monitor progress of ongoing orders and chase when required., You will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries regarding our products and services as well as liaising with existing customers throughout their journey with us.

· Prior knowledge of the industry.

· Liaise with engineers on site for updates and requirements.

· Proficient written and verbal communication.

· Running postal campaigns.

· Ordering of equipment and stock as required.

· Develop relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

· A team player who can assist other departments as and when required.

· Ability to work under pressure and keep a cool head in difficult situations.

· Communicate with the entire team and contribute to weekly meetings.

· Research product offers and availability from suppliers.

· Flexible approach to hours, majority of work is in hours.
