Full Job Description

A successful software company based in Maltby Rotherham are looking for a Sales Assistant.

Accountabilities: Assisting the Sales team in achieving sales in all business activity areas by

supporting the team with day to day administrative duties as required by

members of the Sales team.

Job Purpose:

1. Aiding with enquiries

2. Assisting and supporting the Sales team

3. Assisting in the management of records, information and templates within the team

4. Monitor the Sales mailbox

5. Aid in the preparation of documentation and reports

6. Assist in / undertake tender proposals

7. Attend sales meetings

8. Assisting in producing material and information for customers

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team

3. Ability to conceptualise and interpret the requirements of both colleagues and external clients

4. Excellent record keeping abilities

5. Excellent computer skills and the ability to assist in document and report presentation
