Full Job Description

Industrial Workwear Ltd are a leading Workwear and PPE supplier based in Consett, Co Durham. We are looking for another Sales Administrator to join our ever growing Sales team! Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be directly involved with supporting our Account Managers and New Business Executives.

The role will involve:

  • Carry out general and varied administrative tasks and assistance

  • Helping to answer phone lines

  • Processing orders on our internal system, ensuring all details match customer specification

  • Daily liaison with suppliers, customers and internal sales team

  • Provide the sales team with a full range of administrative support to assist with the sales success of the company, ensuring you are acquainted with their activities in order to discern priorities and, in case of absence, ensure the follow up with customers


  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    · The ability to use your initiative and a quick thinker

    · The ability to work well with others and thrive as a valued team member.

    · Good problem solving skills

    · The ability to work well under pressure.

    · Experience in using outlook / excel / word / powerpoint

    · Previous experience in a manufacturing industry preferred but not essential

    Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
