Full Job Description

Due to expansion within the team we are now looking for an additional Sales Administrator to join our small team. Strong administration skills would be desirable however full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Main duties
Your responsibilities may include:
- Use and update all IT systems to ensure accurate data is captured with an ERP (M3) system
- Providing accurate information via telephone / email to our dealer and hire vehicle network
- Produce accurate sales orders, following up and resolving any issues that may arise
- Create monthly reports for dealers and hire customers
- Attend the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome show at the NEC Birmingham twice per year
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Working closely with other departments within the business

Experienced within an administrative role would be ideal
- A good communicator, able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
- Be highly motivated and have an eye for detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
- Confident and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Positive outlook with a strong desire to learn
- Have the ability to multitask and priorities
