What will you be doing?

This position will report to the VP Sales EMEA and will be responsible for identification, planning, development, and capture of business opportunities within the growing and developing Autonomous Systems environment. Working as part of an engaged and growing team and being based out of our Hampshire offices, this position will focus on delivering market sector growth from both current and existing customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities will include.

  • Lead and plan opportunity/country campaign related exhibition programs.

  • Develop channel partnerships, OEM relationships and dealer networks.

  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders on deliveries, new product introductions and aftermarket services.

  • Develop a clear understanding of customer & user requirements, market needs and trends.

  • Identify and establish appropriate channels/routes to market within the UK and Europe.

  • Develop & implement effective capture strategies for new business.

  • Negotiate successful order capture on price and scope to deliver required margin.

  • Report opportunities, prospects, and orders in accordance with company standard reporting format - Salesforce.

    We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of delivery within a sales management role that is looking to be challenged and be part of a business that has demonstrated growth both globally and within the European geography. The role will engage with Military, Security or Defence sector sales specialists that ideally have knowledge and experience within Uncrewed Autonomous Systems and/or tactical communications., Demonstrable experience in a relevant international tactical communications business environment within the defence or security sector

  • High level verbal and written communication skills with a good level of technical, commercial, and financial awareness.

  • Ability to tailor sales and management style to each circumstance, relationship, and culture

  • A drive and passion that will deliver the initial and stretch growth targets within agreed timeframes.

  • This role will be required to undertake domestic and international travel and will also require UK Security Clearance.
