Full Job Description
- You will be selling building supplies to customers over the phone, covering an area in the UK
- Opening up new accounts with customers
- Sourcing and generating leads to grow business within your area
- Promoting the company's brand, products, services and solutions to prospective clients
- Managing accounts and building customer relationships
- Using the CRM systems
No Sales experience necessary - Confident, resilient, and motivated to reach target sales and make money
- Likes talking on the phone
- Previous experience in outbound sales advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Have a positive, 'can do' attitude
- Excellent customer service to manage your accounts
- Keen to learn about the different trades and relevant products
- You'll need to be have basic computer skills, the ability to put together emails and navigate our CRM system.
£22,000 - £45,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, A basic salary from £22,000 , uncapped monthly commission and quarter bonus scheme. - First Year typical earnings are £35k +OTE
- 28 days including bank holidays, increasing to 33 days including bank holidays after service
