• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to clients, guiding them through the consulting process and delivering exceptional results.


• Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the firm by collaborating closely with our dynamic team to develop innovative consulting approaches that excite our clients.
  
  A proven track record of originating new business independently, without an established industry recognised brand name.


• Building strong client relationships within the field of business psychology or organisational development.


• Exceptional networking skills with an existing network of client relationships.


• Strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively communicate the value of consultancy solutions to clients.

• Advanced degree in Business Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or a related field.
