Safety & Compliance Officer

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a Safety & Compliance Officer to be based at Stansted Airport, working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with existing line maintenance experience, who can work without direct supervision and able to demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment. With 600 aircraft for Summer 2024, including the introduction of the Boeing 737-8200 "Gamechanger" and a growing Ryanair UK Fleet of 737-800, Ryanair offer exceptional career opportunities and progression within the industry.

Duties Include:

• To ensure the timely review of Engineering safety reports.


• Investigate Engineering safety reports and Quality audit findings to establish root cause.


• Put in place corrective and preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence of Audit findings and maintenance errors.


• Liaise with Quality engineers during audits to provide assistance and information as required.


• Review and establish Safety Performance Indicators.


• Ensure implementation of corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement across the region
