Full Job Description

As the Safeguarding Administrator, we are looking for an individual who has a solid understanding of how to work effectively in a busy team based environment in order to support the safeguarding team with a wide range of administrative based duties.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, smart and motivated individual to carry out a key administration position dealing with all aspects of academy safeguarding administration. The successful candidate will be a key member of safeguarding staff.,

  • To be considered for the post you must have achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent) passes in maths and English.


  • First aid training will need to be undertaken if an appropriate First Aid qualification is not already held.


  • Requirements
  • GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and maths.


  • Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.


  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.


  • A desire to have a career within administration.


  • Strong desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges.


  • A relentless approach to giving parents and stakeholders the best customer service.

  • Enjoy working as part of a team but willingness to use initiative
