- Oversee inventory management and collaborating in the ordering of ingredients and supplies with a manager in a timely manner
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement exciting new restaurant quality dishes to serve on our extensive Takeaway menu
- Maintain a clean and organized Dishwasher area
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Upto FSA quality
