Full Job Description
- Manage a caseload of RTA cases from inception to completion.
- Conduct all aspects of litigation, including drafting court documents, attending hearings and negotiating settlements.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and other relevant parties to progress cases effectively.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Blackburn.
Qualified Solicitor or experienced Litigation Executive with 2-3 years of PQE. - Strong experience in RTA litigation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
