RTA Litigator

As an RTA Litigator at Harcourt Stirling Solicitors, you will play a key role in managing your own caseload of personal injury claims, with a particular emphasis on MOJ Portal, Fast Track and Small Track cases. An opportunity will be given to get involved in multi-track cases. You will work closely with our solicitors and legal professionals to ensure cases are handled efficiently, from inception to resolution, while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Good working knowledge of the claims process and the Civil Procedure Rules

- A working understanding of the OIC/MOJ claims portals

- The ability to provide high level of client care and representing the firm professionally

- Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant protocols, deadlines and regulations

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, in a team or on their own

- Ensure cases are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner

Experience

- 3 years' experience of handing RTA caseload including small track and fast track cases from inception to settlement

- Experience in handling bike claims (desirable but not mandatory)

- Proficient with Leap Case Management (would be advantageous but not mandatory)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office applications

- Detail-orientated, organised and capable of managing multiple cases effectively

- Proactive and dedicated approach to your work
