More detail about the role You will be part of a team of Rotational Pharmacists covering a range of clinical and core services. You will gain a wide range of experience including dispensary, aseptic services, community services, medicines information and on call duties. Clinical duties will include cardiology, respiratory, trauma and orthopaedics, gastroenterology, acute medicine, acute surgery, care of the elderly. Learning from our senior and specialist Pharmacists and alongside our team of experienced medicines management technicians. The successful candidate will benefit from our in-house training programme. This will be supplemented by support for an appropriate postgraduate qualification such as clinical certificate or diploma aligned with development against the Foundation Pharmacy Framework. You will be supported by our highly trained specialist Pharmacists to ensure you develop your clinical skills and supporting the team to provide a high level of patient focused care. Stretching across Northern, Eastern and Mid Devon, we have a workforce of over 15,000 staff, making us the largest employer in Devon. We provide core services to more than 615,000 people, covering more than 2,000 square miles across Devon and beyond. You should be highly self-motivated with an ability to plan and work flexibly, independently and as part of a wider team.
