Rotational Midwife - Band 6

To provide a comprehensive midwifery care in acute and primary health care setting within the model of care practised in the maternity services. To provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient care, in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team. The post holder must be confident in the delivery of midwifery and complex care to women and be able to support junior staff in acquiring these skills. The post holder will work with the intrapartum Managers to ensure staff deliver a level of service that is equitable, person-centred evidence-based care that are consistent with the recommendations of all relevant reports and guidelines. To provide personalized care and support to all women accessing our services within the community for antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care. The post hoder, is expected to be able to facilitate evidenced based informed choice, as well as respect for their decision at every stage of the pregnancy journey regardless of medical needs or
