Full Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Crime Manager you will be responsible for managing the workflow, allocating it, and ensuring the KPI's and SLA's are met for the Financial Crime Team. This is a hybrid role where there will be a minimum requirement to work from our Leeds office twice a week. Working hours include Monday - Thursday (8:45 - 17:15) with an early finish on a Friday. Weekend work includes Saturday (9:00-17:00) and Sunday (10:00-17:00) on rotation.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Upskilling your team with 1-1s, performance reviews, ensuring daily operations are running smoothly

  • Working closely with the Underwriting Team and the Telephony Team within Risk Operations to reduce financial loss

  • Reviewing data to support fraud prevention by completing Root Cause Analysis and using MI to identify trends

  • Improving working practices and processes to deliver optimum services to ensure targets are met to the highest standard

  • Knowledge of Underwriting and Fraud (nice to have)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to analyse data

  • Strong communication skills
