Rigger / Steel Erector

The ideal candidate will have experience in shut down works this includes Rigging Pipework, Heavy plant and steel work assisting tradesman removing and re-positioning materials and plant into position. As a Rigger Erector, you will be responsible for assembling and erecting pre-fabricated iron and steel structures.

Pay will be weekly by CIS

Lodge will be provided including subsistence pay

• Responsibilities:


- Remove Existing and assemble new structural metal products

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of the structure

- Operate hand and power tools including impact guns and Angle Grinders

- Inspect structures to ensure they meet specifications and codes

MUST have upto date CSCS Card or CCNSG Passport to Safety

Moving Loads/ Capital Plant Level 3 (ACE Card)

CSCS Gold/ Blue Card

IPAF, Ability to fabricate and assemble metal components

- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in metalworking

- Mechanical aptitude for understanding structural designs

- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

- Work in a Highly demanding Safety and Time Critical enviroment
